Frosso Moureli
[ES] Frosso Moureli, psiquiatra y psicoterapeuta griega, miembro de la Social Clinic of Solidarity de Tesalónica (KIA) y ex miembro de la Social Workers Clinic en la fábrica Viome, visitó Madrid en febrero de 2016 para asistir a una conferencia sobre psiquiatría familiar. Aprovechamos para pasar una semana con ella, conociendo Madrid, visitando museos, organizando un encuentro en Vaciador 34 y una entrevista, que compartimos aquí en breves vídeos temáticos que abordan:
1) la crisis en Grecia y su relación con el sistema sanitario y la salud; 2) los esfuerzos y deseos por hacer, en esas clínicas, una medicina diferente; 4) los puntos de discusión productiva y posible colaboración entre Grecia, España e Italia. Los tres son contextos singulares que, sin embargo, forman un sur de Europa en el que la invención de la lógica y la práctica neoliberal para privatizar la salud, pero también la experimentación con formas radicales de hacer salud en instituciones formales e informales, son procesos en continuo movimiento.
[EN] Frosso Moureli is a Greek psychiatrist and psychotherapist, member of the Social Clinic of Solidarity in Thessaloniki (KIA), and former participant in the Social Workers Clinic in Viome factory. She visited Madrid in February 2016 to attend a conference on family psychiatry. We spent a whole week with her, getting to know the city, visiting museums and organizing a meeting in Vaciador 34. We also interviewed her, and we share here three videos on:
1) the crisis in Greece and its relationship with the healthcare system and health; 2) efforts and desires to practice a new kind of medicine; 3) points of possible and productive discussion among practices of collaboration in Greece, Spain and Italy. The three are singular contexts that, however, form a south of Europe in which neoliberal logics and practices to privatize health are advancing, but experimentation with radical ways of doing health in formal and informal institutions are also in progress.
