[IT] La capacità del modello triestino di costruire altri modi di azione nasce non solo dalla propria appartenenza alle complessità del quotidiano urbano, ma soprattutto alla capacità di disarticolare l’istituzione stessa. Rompere la separazione tra i segmenti dello stato, obbligarli a parlare tra loro, ripensarsi e perdersi nelle mezzo dei problemi. Da vicino nessuno è normale.
