[EN] There are different models: on one side Trieste, with an extraordinary accumulation of knowledge and experience in the field of health, which is currently confronted with the national restriction of welfare, with political and administrative interlocutors that aren’t especially friendly, and recently with the social situation in which we lack movements that might allow us to play in new ways with the relationship between the inside and the outside of the institutions; on the other side there are the Greek experiences, which are extraordinarily capable of innovation in the field of what Rotelli calls the “contraptions”, the “artefacts”, the “engineering”. However, these kinds of experiences are born and develop out of absolute emergencies, so their longevity is always in question.
[IT] Ci sono tre modelli differenti: da una parte c’è Trieste, con una straordinaria accumulazione di saperi ed esperienze nel campo della salute, che si scontrano oggi con i tagli del welfare, con interlocutori amministrativi e politici che non sono particolarmente amichevoli, e recentemente con una situazione sociale in cui mancano movimienti che ci permettano di aprire nuovi cammini nella relazione tra il dentro e il fuori delle istituzioni; dall’altra parte, ci sono le esperienze greche, che sono state capaci di una innovazione straordinaria nel campo di ciò che Rotelli chiama la produzione di artefatti e ingegnerie. Tuttavia queste esperienze nascono e si sviluppano in un contesto di assoluta emergenza, che pone in questione la loro tenuta.
